Food Trigger Tracker

Log what you eat and how you feel afterward, so you can spot your own patterns.

A food diary is one of the simplest ways to learn what suits you. This free tracker lets you record meals, portions and any symptoms, then shows simple patterns over time. Research on diet after gallbladder removal suggests personalized advice works better than one-size-fits-all rules, and a diary is how you find your own.

How it works

  1. Add an entry soon after you eat: what, how much and how it was made.
  2. Add any symptoms and roughly when they started.
  3. After a week or two, look at the summary for foods or meal sizes that often come before symptoms.
  4. Export or print your log to bring to an appointment.

Your entries are stored in your own browser on this device and are not sent to us. See how our tools handle your data. This tool is for personal organization only, not for diagnosis or treatment.
